Eden Harmony Meditation Studio in La Jolla, San Diego offers meditation classes in intimate small group settings and via personalized one-on-one guidance.

Learn how to meditate so that it becomes the most natural thing in the world for you – a chance to rest deeply, release tension, and emerge refreshed. Classes are grounded in the ancient yoga tradition and the latest scientific research on meditation.

Head instructor and studio owner, Eden Harmony, holds a degree in Cognitive Science from Berkeley with a focus on applied research in Education. After Berkeley, she spent several years in Asia studying ancient Eastern meditation and teaching meditation in China and Singapore. She has been closely mentored for years by two of the most influential masters of meditation in the Western world.

    Attend a class in our La Jolla studio Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and enjoy the benefits of practicing in a group. Duration of 1 hour.
